Novotel Zuerich Airport Messe Opfikon-Glattbrugg

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in front of the tram station which is very convenient. We could reach the airport in just a few stations. The room service was excellent and punctual. Staff were helpful and supportive, they even arranged transportation for us. The breakfast was also very good with a lot of options. The overall size of the room was good, it even had a sofa-cum-bed, which was great.

This hotel is highly recommended for families. The staff could learn from them on how to give service, especially at the reception desk and bar.

Came here for 4 days, the hotel was incredibly friendly, it had strategic location very close to airport and also Oerlikon, Tram and tram station, shuttle bus to airport...

Well-organized hotel, nice location with transport and parking, kind staff, spacious room, playroom.

Great location, close to the airport and public transport. There was a free shuttle bus available from the airport to the hotel, which was convenient. the rooms were spacious and equipped with a desk and lounge chair, which was a pleasant surprise. Having a restaurant in the hotel was also convenient for those who don't want to go out to find a place to eat.

Our experience with the reception staff was not satisfactory. We encountered issues with our room keys, and the reception did not handle the situation well, showing no apology or understanding.

The lobby sometimes has an odd smell, which can be unpleasant for guests.

During our stay at Novotel, we had a minor issue with our room key not working properly. However, the front desk staff handled the situation swiftly and professionally. They apologized for the inconvenience and quickly provided us with a new key, ensuring that we could access our room without any further delay. Their efficiency and responsiveness impressed us, and they made us feel valued as guests. I would recommend this hotel for their excellent customer service.
